Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing in-service training on aesthetic and surgical lasers to physicians and clinical staff
• Extensive travel to reach customers in large geographical areas required
• Responsible for planning and implementing strategies for effective training and creation of new teaching tools as needed
• Effective and fiscally prudent time and territory management required
• Resolve post-sale customer issues and clinical questions
• Work with Field Service and Corporate staff, and assist with their training as needed
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• Physical coordination and ability to push lasers and lift equipment required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ideal candidate will have 5 years of medical laser experience
• Minimum requirement will include clinical experience in direct patient care of cosmetic or surgical patients
• Good communication and presentation skills required, with a history of teaching clinical peers
• Familiarity with surgical and aesthetics market a plus
• Demonstration of ability to lead a diverse group of individuals toward a specific goal a plus
• Independence, assertiveness, self-motivation and excellent problem solving skills are needed

Work Experience and Education:

• Registered Nurse or equivalent.

Description:

As a key member of R&D team, you will lead new laser product development efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and evaluating new laser/light based product opportunities, primarily in dermatological technologies
• Develop new product specifications (including hardware, software and testing requirements)
• Assist with system design and development (optical, laser, mechanical and electrical component design)
• Manage project and conduct design reviews construct prototype conduct system validation testing
• Assist with clinical validation, compliance testing, generate technical documentation for regulatory submissions, and transfer of product to manufacturing (including providing training) and subsequent manufacturing support

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Experience with medical laser/light devices for aesthetic and dermatological applications and/or intervention.
• Basic electronics knowledge
• Sound mechanical and optics design skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Superior writing/presentation skills at technical publication and scientific presentation level
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Demonstrated multi-tasking capabilities
• Strong working knowledge of SolidWorks and Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with GMP in accordance with FDA is required
• Project management with system level troubleshooting experience is a must
• Understanding of laser/light energy intervention and/or treatment in cosmetic dermatology a plus

Work Experience and Education:

• Successful candidates must possess a BS or MS in Engineering
• 5+ years of medical device development experience

Description:

Create innovative opto-mechanical designs. In addition, you will reconcile issues concerning manufacturability & testability of subassemblies and evaluate, debug, and resolve complex problems on both systems and assembly levels. You will also participate in new product development, design reviews and define and execute projects aimed toward product improvements.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Mechanical design experience and experience with solid modeling tools
• Experience with machine shop practices desirable
• Proficiency in Solid Works a plus

Work Experience and Education:

• Successful candidates must possess a BSME
• 2-4 years of opto-mechanical design experience

Description:

Full-time position | Palo Alto, CA

Manage the life cycle of one or more of Sciton’s aesthetic products from concept to obsolescence. Develop marketing strategies and tactics to meet corporate sales objectives. Reports to the Vice President, Worldwide Marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Technical expert and advocate within worldwide Marketing for the respective products being managed
• Primary interface between the global market and R&D for product development, product extensions, and new clinical applications
• Develop knowledge of competitive products and companies and develop marketing strategies to address them
• Drive the development of ads, literature, technical papers, videos, and all collateral materials
• Develop, implement, monitor and evaluate marketing and promotional programs to determine their success
• Serve as product trainer for worldwide sales and marketing teams
• Prepare extensive launch packages for effective promotion of new products
• Work directly with key physicians to cultivate medical community relationships and monitor clinical sites/clinical research to help obtain data in order to achieve product goals
• Develop and work within program budgets
• Investigate new markets and propose new products within those markets
• Identify trends throughout the medical marketplace, especially, but not limited to laser
• Other duties and responsibilities as directed by supervisor
• Approximately 15-20% travel is required

• Excellent written, verbal, organizational and analytical skills
• Demonstrated decision-making and project management skills, initiative, teamwork and success in other work related experiences
• Possess a strong ability to work independently under tight deadlines

Work Experience and Education:

• 7-10 years technical product management or other relevant experience
• BS or BA in Marketing or technical-related field or equivalent

Responsibilities:

• Install, service and maintain medical laser systems; Nd :YAG , Er:YAG and intense pulsed light

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of optics, electronics, cooling systems, power supplies and laser systems

Work Experience and Education:

• 2+ years laser industry experience preferred
