Clinical Training
To ensure safety, proficiency, and proper instruction of the operation of our advanced systems, Sciton offers clinical training to all of our customers. We want you to feel confident, comfortable, and safe when utilizing your new device.
Clinical In-Service
Sciton and our distributor partners provide all customers with a comprehensive in-service training with a credentialed clinical educator. This training is necessary to ensure our customers and their staff learn proper technique, utilize the most up-to-date Safe-Start protocols, and achieve maximum proficiency when operating their new Sciton system. Clinical in-service training comes with each new system purchase or module upgrade.
Preceptorship
As a Sciton customer, you may have the opportunity to attend a preceptorship with a Sciton-approved, premier physician. Preceptorships are the perfect way to develop a solid knowledge base and gain a clear understanding of all Sciton equipment and treatments. The one-day course will take place at the trainer’s facility and he/she will schedule patients for live demonstrations of each treatment. You will leave with a packet of information including advanced laser settings, successful treatment techniques, pre- and post-op instructions, examples of procedure fees, and consent forms.
Surgical Training
Every purchase of ProLipo PLUS for laser-assisted lipolysis or Pro-V for the treatment of venous insufficiency includes training with an advanced, Sciton-approved luminary.
ProLipo PLUS training will cover the use, proper technique, and application of the ProLipo PLUS laser for laser-assisted lipolysis.
Pro-V training will cover the use, proper technique, and application of the Pro-V laser for endovenous laser ablation.
